Harvia is honored to be considered for this award which in particular recognizes our growth potential following our IPO.
The Awards, launched in 2013, were established by the European Commission to recognize some of Europe’s smaller listed companies. European Issuers, who represent listed companies and the Federation of European Securities Exchanges (FESE) who represent the stock exchanges are the co-organizers of the event.
Harvia was shortlisted from some 20 nominations from 10 countries, listed on different European stock exchanges.
The winner is decided by an independent, high-level jury, moderated by the European Commission, consisting of representatives from academia, asset management, brokerage, and the media.
“Supporting small and medium enterprises and equity financing are essential to fuel Europe’s economy. This acquires even greater importance in light of the current crisis triggered by the COVID-19 crisis. Despite the crisis, Harvia performed outstandingly regarding the share price and growth. The company largely benefited from growing following their IPO and thus it holds an important growth potential for the upcoming years.” says Florence Bindelle, the Secretary General of EuropeanIssuers.
“Supporting SMEs in accessing finance through public markets is essential, it is rewarding to see companies like Harvia excel and grow after having listed on NASDAQ Helsinki. The Awards are a great platform to showcase these companies and shine a light on their success. Companies such as Harvia are part of the backbone of the European economy and are vitally important in supporting growth. Congratulations to them on this nomination.” added Rainer Riess, the Director General of FESE.
