Harvia organized its Capital Markets Day event for investors, analysts, and media representatives on 29 May 2024.
In the Capital Markets Day event, Harvia’s management presented the company’s strategy update and adjusted long-term financial targets. To accelerate its growth, the company has updated its strategic focus areas and defined its strategic role in the industry as “shaping the global sauna market so that everyone has a reason to experience sauna”.
Participants were also introduced to the global sauna market, its different cultures and their unique features, to which Harvia responds with its comprehensive product portfolio. Harvia is the leading player in the North American market, where Harvia has great potential to continue its rapid growth and strengthen its position in all three sauna types.
The main focus areas for products and solutions are optimizing the existing offering, strengthening the solution-based offering, accelerating the growth in all sauna types, and building new, exciting innovations. Harvia wants to inspire the market and drive organic growth with a leading solutions offering for all sauna types and the extended sauna experience.
Harvia has two global master brands, Harvia and EOS, in which the company invests to support its growth and productivity development. The master brands are backed with independent regional and tactical brands, which are Almost Heaven Saunas, Kirami and sentiotec. A major sauna movement is taking place in many markets, such as Japan, and the sauna has gained strong visibility in social media, where many influencers promote the sauna and Harvia.
Efficient operations support Harvia’s profitability and growth. The company’s strategic priorities in this area are scaling up and automating operations, strengthening the Group’s integration and developing sustainability.
The presenters at the event were Matias Järnefelt, CEO; Ari Vesterinen, CFO; Jennifer Thayer, Head of Region, North America; Markus Wörmanseder, Head of Products and Solutions; Päivi Juolahti, Head of Marketing & Brands as well as Mika Suoja, Head of Operations.
