Harvia Plc has received on 23 May 2018 the following notification pursuant to Chapter 9, section 5 of the Securities Markets Act ("SMA"), according to which total holding of Handelsbanken Fonder AB (Stockholm, Sweden) in Harvia Plc's shares and votes has exceeded five (5) percent on 22 May 2018. According to the notification, the reason for the notification was acquisition of shares or voting rights.
