HARVIA PLC STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 10 APRIL 2018 AT 2.00 P.M. EET

 

Harvia Plc has received on 9 April 2018 the following notification pursuant to Chapter 9, section 5 of the Securities Markets Act ("SMA"), according to which total holding of the mutual funds managed by Nordea Funds Ltd (Helsinki, Finland) in Harvia Plc's shares and votes has fallen below five (5) percent on 6 April 2018. According to the notification, the reason for the notification was disposal of shares or voting rights.
