Harvia Plc distributes a dividend of EUR 0.18 per share

The Board of Directors of Harvia Plc has resolved today, on the basis of the authorization by the Annual General Meeting 2018, that a dividend of EUR 0.18 per share (EUR 3,364,962.48 in total) be distributed from retained earnings. The dividend will be paid to a shareholder registered in the company's shareholder register maintained by Euroclear Finland Ltd on the record date for the dividend 12 October 2018. The dividend will be paid on 19 October 2018.

Harvia Plc's Annual General Meeting, held on 2 March 2018, resolved to authorise the Board of Directors to resolve, at its discretion, upon distribution of dividend or of assets from reserves for unrestricted equity in the maximum amount of EUR 3,500,000.00 provided that the financial standing of the company at time of distribution allows for distribution of dividend and other legal requirements for distribution of assets are met. The authorisation is valid until the beginning of the following Annual General Meeting.
