Harvia has completed the change negotiations in accordance with the Finnish Cooperation Act

Harvia has completed the change negotiations in the Muurame unit in accordance with the Finnish Cooperation Act. The change negotiations are based on production and financial reasons. Because of these reasons, Harvia considers it necessary to adapt operations to the current market situation.

As a result of the negotiations, Harvia has confirmed the reduction needs to be 10 persons. In addition to this, additional adjustments can be carried out through temporary layoffs. At the moment, no new layoff programs are being started, but according to the negotiation results, the working time reduction program can be started if production or economic reasons require it.

Approximately 35 persons were involved in the change negotiations.
